Our Ground Disturbance Level II Alberta course allows you to gain an understanding of essential best practices, provincial and federal regulations, and certification needed for safe ground disturbance operations. This training will help ensure that personnel can identify and mitigate hazards at a supervisory level. These include trench and excavation cave-ins, hitting buried facilities, and the many dangers that electrical, gas, water, and all other active and inactive buried facilities present.
This is a joint program developed by Danatec and the Global Training Centre. The course meets the Ground Disturbance 201 Standard (AB). Officially endorsed by Utility Safety Partners (USP), formerly known as Alberta Common Ground Alliance (ABCGA), assuring industry-leading credibility and regulatory compliance.
